Shiro and his ominous fellow student Tamura kill a man in a car accident. Conscience-stricken, Shiro is drawn into a seemingly inescapable vortex of dramatic events, leading him into the most horrible depths of hell. With his surrealistic masterpiece JIGOKU, Nobuo NAKAGAWA created an atmospheric and unique vision of a bleak world (and terrifying underworld) filled with sins and suffering.
