As part of the preparation and tasting ritual of Japanese tea, no hand movement is left to chance. The ceremony provides for the communication between guest and host and mediates the careful regard for the used utensils and the seasonal characteristics. Learn more from the tea mistress Soko YOSHIMURA, who practiced the way of tea for 36 years in Kyoto, and who since 2001 gives lessons in Wiesbaden. At the end, the participants can of course also try the high quality green tea themselves!
